Our schools engagement function was transferred to marketing during my time in charge of the function. As part of this, I redesigned the strategy, streamlining the process and revamped the format for how we interviewed students.

I made contact again with college leads in feeder schools and ensured that I nurtured those relationships in order to raise our profile. We created specific course books for schools’ career advisors with all of the detail of the courses we offered.

We continued to attend schools engagement events/careers evenings at schools, but with more useful promotional merchandise and a team of teaching staff and the marketing team on hand to answer questions.
